RETURN POLICY
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and cover the cost of returning the products unless they are deemed faulty.
If, for any reason, you wish to return your products for an exchange or a refund, please read the following carefully:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from the website www.yorkshirelinenhome.com, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, excluding “SALE” or “OUTLET” items, which can only be exchanged as long as they meet all other conditions.
- Upon receiving the returned products for a refund, we will only refund the amount paid for the products.
- We strongly recommend obtaining a “Proof of Postage” from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages during transit.
- Before sending your returns, please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment card and processed within 5 days of receiving the returned products.
- If the exchanged item costs less than the one returned, we will refund the difference.
- If the exchanged item costs more than the one returned, additional payment will be required.
- Shipping charges will apply to exchanged items at the current shipping rate.
- Replacement items will only be shipped free of charge if Yorkshirelinen.es deems them to be faulty.
- Please note: Unless defective, we cannot accept returns of pillows, duvets, mattress toppers, and protectors for hygiene reasons.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If no one is available to accept the courier delivery, the driver will leave a contact card so you can reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. The courier may also attempt to contact you directly or through Yorkshirelinenhome.com to rearrange the delivery.
Please note: The courier will hold the ordered products for a maximum of 10 days before returning them to our warehouse. At this point, Yorkshire Linen will refund the order value to your credit/debit card, excluding shipping costs.
